Hello! I’m Jordan, part of the Sold on Kāpiti whānau.
Over the last 20 years, I have dedicated myself to helping people, from working in hospitality to my career in the public sector. My strategy and project management background have honed the skills I need to make complex processes simple, understandable, and stress-free. Now, I’m excited to bring that expertise into real estate, where I can support you as you navigate one of the most significant decisions of your life: finding your next home.
I understand that selling a home can feel overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be. Like all of us at Sold on Kapiti, I believe that honesty, transparency, and clear communication are the pillars of a trusted and successful partnership. My role is to support the Sold on Kāpiti team and keep you informed at every step of the process.
Outside of work, I enjoy learning. Having recently completed my Master's in Business Administration, I attained my real estate certification and am now completing a national certification in Project Management. When I don't have my head in a textbook, I enjoy strolling around town with my dogs.
